About the Bridge

From coordinator to monitor — with a verifiable credential.

The Bridge is built for CRCs, study coordinators, regulatory coordinators, lab managers, and site staff who already understand the trial from the inside — and are ready to cross over into sponsor and CRO monitoring roles.

You'll work a real published Phase II/III protocol across all 6 modules, run mock SIVs and IMVs, practice SDV/SDR in Castor EDC, write sponsor-ready CAPAs, and shadow a working CRA through a co-monitoring visit. You graduate with a Competency Passport and a public verification URL.

The problem

Site staff already do the work — hiring managers just can't see it.

You're applying and getting nowhere

"You don't have monitoring experience" — even though you've been doing pre-monitoring prep for months.

Most programs teach E6(R2)

The industry moved to E6(R3) in 2025. Legacy curricula are already outdated on the day you finish.

You have no way to prove competency

A PDF certificate doesn't get past a hiring manager. A verifiable Passport does.

The Bridge fixes all three: current regulation, hands-on tools, and a verifiable credential — anchored to a real trial.

Bridge vs. every other CRA course

What actually changes when you enroll.

Same 6 weeks. Very different outcome.

Got an offer in less than 60 days.

I started as a CRA at a site and after 1.5 years wanted to move to sponsor side. After many failed attempts, I signed up for the 90-day program. Rudy and the team were exceptional and fully committed — he was always making time for me. The interview prep was my turning point. Best decision I made.

An offer two weeks after the program — after seven months unemployed.

Two weeks after completing the 10-Week Intensive Clinical Research Accelerator, I received a job offer after seven months of unemployment. Rudy helped me stay focused on what mattered — salary, growth, and balance. Now I'm interviewing for a higher-paying lab manager role. YANA truly lives up to its name.

From 50 applications, zero interviews — to back-to-back interviews in 3 weeks.

Before working with Rudy, I had submitted over 50 job applications with zero interviews. Within 3 weeks of starting his program in April, that completely changed — I began receiving back-to-back interviews and ultimately landed a contract role. His strategy, structure, and consistent support made a massive difference.

Day 1 gave me clarity and direction in clinical research.

Before the 14-Day Challenge I felt lost about the different roles in the field. Day 1 provided much-needed clarity and direction — it required me to research various clinical research roles and identify one that aligns with my skills and interests. This simple but powerful exercise has helped me stay focused.

Accreditation notice

About the “IAOCR Accredited Trainer” designation

The International Accrediting Organization for Clinical Research (IAOCR) accredits individual trainers, not training providers or their courses. We want prospective learners and hiring partners to understand exactly what our use of the phrase “IAOCR Accredited Trainer” means — and what it does not.

What it means

  • Rudy Malle personally holds a current Q-IAOCR (Internationally Qualified Clinical Research Trainer) accreditation — Trainer #16167194.
  • The accreditation recognises his individual knowledge, teaching competence, and ongoing professional standards as a clinical research trainer.
  • Every YANA Careers program is designed and delivered by Rudy, so learners are trained by an IAOCR Accredited Trainer.

What it does not imply

  • YANA Careers, LLC is not itself an IAOCR-accredited organisation.
  • No YANA Careers program, curriculum, course, or cohort is IAOCR-accredited, IAOCR-approved, or IAOCR-certified.
  • The YANA Careers certificate of completion is issued by YANA Careers only — it is not an IAOCR certificate, credential, or licence.
  • Completing a YANA Careers program does not confer any IAOCR accreditation on the learner.
