WHO THIS IS FOR — CRCs & site staff crossing over to sponsor/CRO monitoring
The 6-weekIAOCR-accreditedSite to CRA bridge.
The only Q-IAOCR accredited program that combines a live 6-week cohort, AI Competency Labs, hands-on Castor EDC, a real Phase II/III protocol, and a co-monitoring shadow visit with a working CRA. Delivered by a Q-Certified Trainer who has placed 300+ professionals.
- Train on current ICH-GCP E6(R3) — not the outdated R2
- Real Phase II/III protocol threaded across every module
- Co-monitoring shadow visit with a working top-10 CRO CRA
- Verifiable YANA Competency Passport hiring managers can audit
About the Bridge
From coordinator to monitor — with a verifiable credential.
The Bridge is built for CRCs, study coordinators, regulatory coordinators, lab managers, and site staff who already understand the trial from the inside — and are ready to cross over into sponsor and CRO monitoring roles.
You'll work a real published Phase II/III protocol across all 6 modules, run mock SIVs and IMVs, practice SDV/SDR in Castor EDC, write sponsor-ready CAPAs, and shadow a working CRA through a co-monitoring visit. You graduate with a Competency Passport and a public verification URL.
The problem
Site staff already do the work — hiring managers just can't see it.
"You don't have monitoring experience" — even though you've been doing pre-monitoring prep for months.
The industry moved to E6(R3) in 2025. Legacy curricula are already outdated on the day you finish.
A PDF certificate doesn't get past a hiring manager. A verifiable Passport does.
The Bridge fixes all three: current regulation, hands-on tools, and a verifiable credential — anchored to a real trial.
Bridge vs. every other CRA course
What actually changes when you enroll.
Same 6 weeks. Very different outcome.
Six modules,
one real trial.
Every module is anchored to the same real published Phase II/III protocol. 12 live sessions (Tue + Thu, 7–9 PM ET), 60 lessons, 5 Competency Labs challenges.

- Present a verifiable YANA Competency Passport in interviews
- Manage the sponsor / CRO / site triangle without breaking trust
