What partners ask before we begin
Discovery to launch generally takes 6–12 weeks for focused programs, and 3–6 months for multi-stakeholder workforce initiatives or enterprise pipelines. We move at the pace your governance, legal, and stakeholder review require.
Partnerships operate under a mutual data-sharing agreement. Learner and program data is held under role-based access, encrypted in transit and at rest, and only personally identifiable data required for program delivery is exchanged. We support BAAs, DPAs, and regional data-residency requirements on request.
Yes. Referral, co-branded, and reseller models include defined revenue-share or referral fee structures, set during partnership design based on the program type, audience, and who carries delivery. Strategic alliances may use joint-investment or outcome-based models instead of fee splits.
Co-branded programs follow a shared brand guide covering logo lockups, naming, learner-facing materials, and public announcements. Either party may review external use prior to publication. Standalone YANA programs delivered for a partner remain YANA-branded unless a co-brand is explicitly agreed.
YANA retains ownership of its core IP — Academy curriculum, Sim Lab scenarios, CareerOS, and assessment frameworks. Partner-contributed content, datasets, and case studies remain partner IP. Aggregate, de-identified outcome data may be shared back to inform program improvement.
Every partnership defines outcome metrics during program design — for example completion rates, readiness scores, time-to-placement, retention, or capacity built. Impact is reviewed on a cadence you choose (typically quarterly) with a year-end partnership review.
