About the “IAOCR Accredited Trainer” designation
The International Accrediting Organization for Clinical Research (IAOCR) accredits individual trainers, not training providers or their courses. We want prospective learners and hiring partners to understand exactly what our use of the phrase “IAOCR Accredited Trainer” means — and what it does not.
What it means
- Rudolf Malle personally holds a current Q-IAOCR (Internationally Qualified Clinical Research Trainer) accreditation — Trainer #16167194.
- The accreditation recognises his individual knowledge, teaching competence, and ongoing professional standards as a clinical research trainer.
- Every YANA Careers program is designed and delivered by Rudolf, so learners are trained by an IAOCR Accredited Trainer.
What it does not imply
- YANA Careers, LLC is not itself an IAOCR-accredited organisation.
- No YANA Careers program, curriculum, course, or cohort is IAOCR-accredited, IAOCR-approved, or IAOCR-certified.
- The YANA Careers certificate of completion is issued by YANA Careers only — it is not an IAOCR certificate, credential, or licence.
- Completing a YANA Careers program does not confer any IAOCR accreditation on the learner.
IAOCR (the International Accrediting Organization for Clinical Research) is an independent body that assesses the competence of individual clinical research professionals — including trainers — against internationally recognised standards. A Q-IAOCR designation confirms that the named individual has demonstrated the required knowledge, teaching skill, and professional conduct to deliver clinical research training at that standard.
Because IAOCR accredits individuals, no organisation may hold an “IAOCR-accredited program” or “IAOCR-certified course” in that individual’s name. When you enrol in a YANA Careers program you are training with an IAOCR Accredited Trainer; you are not enrolling in an IAOCR-accredited course, and completion does not grant you an IAOCR credential.
Employers verifying a YANA Careers learner’s training should treat our certificate of completion as evidence that the learner completed a program delivered by an IAOCR Accredited Trainer — not as an IAOCR-issued credential.

How to describe YANA Careers training accurately
If you are writing about our training — as a learner, recruiter, employer, journalist, or partner — please use wording that distinguishes the trainer from the organisation.
Say this
- “Delivered by an IAOCR Accredited Trainer.”
- “Trained by Rudolf Malle, Q-IAOCR #16167194.”
- “Program taught by an IAOCR Accredited Clinical Research Trainer.”
Please avoid
- “IAOCR-accredited program / course / curriculum.”
- “IAOCR-certified certificate.”
- “YANA Careers is IAOCR accredited.”
