WHO THIS IS FOR — CRAs & senior CRAs stepping into CTM / CPM
The 6-week clinical research career systemdelivered by an IAOCR Accredited TrainerCTM / CPM leadership intensive.
Stop being the CRA doing CTM work without the title. The Leadership Track is the shortest credible path from CRA to Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Project Manager — built on real portfolio artifacts and hiring-manager standards.
- curriculum + Q-Certified Trainer delivery
- Real CTM / CPM portfolio deliverables you can show in interviews
- Vendor management, budget & timeline, escalation, risk playbooks
- Promotion Trigger Map + salary benchmarks at every level
About the Leadership Track
From executing trials to leading them .
The Leadership Track is designed for CRAs and senior CRAs who are already doing CTM-level work without the title — running vendor calls, unblocking sites, negotiating timelines — but keep being told they "need more experience" for the promotion.
In 6 weeks you build a verifiable CTM / CPM portfolio: a vendor oversight plan, a study-level risk register, an escalation ladder, a budget & timeline recovery plan, and a stakeholder communications kit. You leave with the artifacts hiring managers actually ask for in the CTM interview loop.
The problem
You're already the CRA who unblocks the study — but you're stuck at CRA pay.
You've been managing timelines, vendors, and site issues for two years — but the promotion never comes.
They don't teach vendor oversight, TMF governance, or IND/CTA-level risk decisions.
The Leadership Track gives you portfolio artifacts you can put in front of a hiring manager.
The Leadership Track is engineered so a hiring manager can say yes with confidence — because you have the artifacts to prove you can already do the job.
Leadership Track vs. generic leadership training
What actually changes when you enroll.

- Timeline & budget recovery plan
- Stakeholder comms kit and cadence
- Personal Promotion Trigger Map (CRA → CTM → CPM)
- YANA Careers certificate of completion

“I feel confident I can stand out from the crowd.”
Rudy crafted three very well-written resumes and revamped my LinkedIn banner and about summary. Our video calls were beneficial — he walked me through every change step by step and made sure I was comfortable. Knowing my resume and LinkedIn are presentable, I can navigate my job search more effectively.

“Got an offer in less than 60 days.”
I started as a CRA at a site and after 1.5 years wanted to move to sponsor side. After many failed attempts, I signed up for the 90-day program. Rudy and the team were exceptional and fully committed — he was always making time for me. The interview prep was my turning point. Best decision I made.

“Made the pivot from clinical to pharma feel possible.”
I came in with a daunting goal: pivot from the clinical space into pharma and the corporate world. Rudy walked me through my resume and laid out the possibilities in a way that made the transition feel exciting. The 90-Day Program was incredibly comprehensive — LinkedIn optimization, networking toolkit, and interview prep at every stage.

“Confidence comes from preparation, not personality.”
Rudy transformed my solid clinical research experience into a compelling narrative that resonates with the market. Through structured mock interviews, personalized feedback, and a shift toward metric-driven communication, I realized confidence stems from thorough preparation and structured responses — not just personality.

“He genuinely invests his time, knowledge, and expertise.”
The program is thoughtfully structured and highly practical — an excellent resource for both experienced professionals and those new to clinical research. Rudy offers comprehensive support through one-on-one mentoring, weekly live classes, resume building, and mock interviews. What sets him apart is his unwavering commitment to mentees' success.

“An offer two weeks after the program — after seven months unemployed.”
Two weeks after completing the 10-Week Intensive Clinical Research Accelerator, I received a job offer after seven months of unemployment. Rudy helped me stay focused on what mattered — salary, growth, and balance. Now I'm interviewing for a higher-paying lab manager role. YANA truly lives up to its name.

“From 50 applications, zero interviews — to back-to-back interviews in 3 weeks.”
Before working with Rudy, I had submitted over 50 job applications with zero interviews. Within 3 weeks of starting his program in April, that completely changed — I began receiving back-to-back interviews and ultimately landed a contract role. His strategy, structure, and consistent support made a massive difference.

“Someone I rely on 100% for career guidance.”
I look forward to Rudy's emails in my inbox daily. His resume tips and networking strategies have been beneficial in my job search. He's always easy to reach out to on LinkedIn for any questions, and is someone I can rely on 100% for career guidance.

“He knows the job market today — the good and the bad. I trust him.”
Rudy is very knowledgeable in clinical research and CRO companies and knows the job market today — the good and the bad. I trust him. I would highly recommend Rudy if you are seeking new opportunities in the clinical research area.

“His insights gave me clarity and confidence in my career decisions.”
Rudy was honest in answering my questions and helped guide me on how to better set myself up to achieve my goals. His insights and tailored approach helped me identify the right clinical job opportunities and position myself as a strong medical school candidate. He also offered services to sharpen my resume.

“Day 1 gave me clarity and direction in clinical research.”
Before the 14-Day Challenge I felt lost about the different roles in the field. Day 1 provided much-needed clarity and direction — it required me to research various clinical research roles and identify one that aligns with my skills and interests. This simple but powerful exercise has helped me stay focused.

Accreditation notice
About the “IAOCR Accredited Trainer” designation
The International Accrediting Organization for Clinical Research (IAOCR) accredits individual trainers, not training providers or their courses. We want prospective learners and hiring partners to understand exactly what our use of the phrase “IAOCR Accredited Trainer” means — and what it does not.
What it means
- Rudy Malle personally holds a current Q-IAOCR (Internationally Qualified Clinical Research Trainer) accreditation — Trainer #16167194.
- The accreditation recognises his individual knowledge, teaching competence, and ongoing professional standards as a clinical research trainer.
- Every YANA Careers program is designed and delivered by Rudy, so learners are trained by an IAOCR Accredited Trainer.
What it does not imply
- YANA Careers, LLC is not itself an IAOCR-accredited organisation.
- No YANA Careers program, curriculum, course, or cohort is IAOCR-accredited, IAOCR-approved, or IAOCR-certified.
- The YANA Careers certificate of completion is issued by YANA Careers only — it is not an IAOCR certificate, credential, or licence.
- Completing a YANA Careers program does not confer any IAOCR accreditation on the learner.
